What a joyous surprise this morning has been.
We want to thank you all for taking your time to vote for us in the Peoples Choice Awards 2026.
We already felt blessed making it to the top 5, but to make it to the top 3 just made our hearts so warm.
We truly do have a wonderful community and supporters and we appreciate you all for making this happen.

We have made Top 3 for Best Donair in all of New Brunswick.

We will gladly take home the Bronze 🏆

On Thursday June 11th, we will delay opening until 3pm as two of our children have their Graduation Ceremonies that we will be attending.
We understand this may inconvenience some, but these are memories of a lifetime.

This post does not come easy, but we want to bring awareness at how quick and aware this "person" was of their actions.

The said "person" made sure to wear gloves, cover face, come packing with tools, and a bag to load full of goodies. They were very aware of their surroundings, taking off when "they" hear a vehicle coming down the avenue.

We have much more video, but just wanted to post a little blip.

It has been a very emotional day. When your privacy becomes evaded, it takes a toll on you mentally. We have built ourselves up from nothing 4 years ago, and continue to build year after year.
Today was a hard blow to the books and leaving all of us very uneasy.

We appreciate the kind words from our valued customers. But we do not appreciate being told we are making it up, we just wanted a vacation day, the tone of voice of "yeah okay then".

We are not asking for sympathy by any means, but awareness that anything in your life can change in an instance. Please consider your grateful if you have never had to deal with the after math and emotions that come from such a situation.

Side note if anyone sees this guy around please notify the saint john city police, as they believe it is the same person that targeted another small business down the road May 25th.

It is with great frustration as a small family run business, that we even type this.

We have to Remain Closed today as we have been broken into last night.
We are working with the city police currently to address the situation, and to correct all the damage done to our property.

We do understand this will upset customers, but this is beyond our control and wish we were not making this post.

Every small hit financially can destroy a small business, we just honestly have no choice but to secure our store from further break-ins.

Please accept our sincere apologies.

We are beyond thrilled to know we have made it to the top five in Food & Drink - Best Donair for the 2026 Excellence NB People's Choice Awards.

This means you all will be able to Start voting May 25th for your favourite businesses in their categories. The voting runs May 25th to June 8th and you can vote once a day until June 8th for your favorite businesses within New Brunswick.

To make the top 5 in NB already feels like a win. Thank you all for thinking of us while voting.
