Another successful wedding in the books! 💍✨

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of catering a beautiful wedding at the RKYC Yacht Club. What a gorgeous venue for such a special day.

The food was met with lots of wonderful compliments, which is always the best feedback a caterer can receive. ❤️

Another beautiful wedding buffet in the books! ❤️
For Rachel and her guests, I prepared a buffet of Honey Garlic Herb Chicken Breast, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, veggie pasta salad, fresh rolls, and tea & coffee. I truly love being a small part of someone’s special day, and I put a whole lot of love (and a ridiculous amount of work 😂) into making sure every meal I serve is something I’m proud of. Congratulations, Rachel! Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness! 🥂💍

This past weekend i was Mother of the bride/caterer at my daughter's wedding. Multitasking on a whole a new level. I made lasagna, caesar salad, quinoa salad and veggie slaw 😋♥️😃 I have added the veggie slaw to my menu as a new side dish option

The latest addition to my menu, this veggie slaw can be selected as a side dish option. Its a cross between a coleslaw and a broccoli salad. This salad is healthy and delicious. It consists of lots of fresh veggies such as cabbage, broccoli, peppers, apples, etc. plus dried cranberries and a semi sweet homemade dressing with honey and extra virgin olive oil.
