Behind Olive Charcuterie Bar is just me — a full-time mom, full-time employee, and the heart behind every single booking, setup, and detail.

I wanted to reintroduce myself and remind everyone that Olive is a one-woman-run business built from passion, creativity, and a whole lot of determination.

What started as a dream quickly became something I poured my heart into — creating one of the first luxury charcuterie bar catering experiences of its kind here in the Maritimes.

Every event, every booking, every detail is personally curated by me with the goal of creating something unforgettable for your special moments.

Because I balance motherhood, a full-time career, and this growing business, Olive is primarily available for evening and weekend bookings.

We’ve been a little quiet over here… but behind the scenes, it’s been anything but 🤍

We’ve been busy booking and planning so many beautiful events for 2026 & 2027, and our hearts are so full knowing Olive will be part of so many special moments.

We’re also working on some exciting new things… because when it comes to charcuterie, there truly are no limits. ✨

Our focus will always be the same — creating an experience that not only looks beautiful, but leaves every guest feeling satisfied, indulged, and taken care of.
