GLUTEN-FREE DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN WHEAT-FREE.
We know — seeing “contains wheat” on a gluten-free product can be confusing!
But here's the important part: wheat and gluten aren't the same thing:
The gluten-free flour we'll be using is Caputo Gluten Free Flour. It's made with specially processed wheat starch with the gluten removed and contains less than 5 ppm of gluten.
So yes...

Wheat-free? ✕
We believe you should know exactly what you're eating, so here's another important piece:
We are NOT a dedicated or inspected gluten-free kitchen. We prepare products containing gluten and wheat in our kitchen, which means cross-contact is guaranteed.
We also do not offer wheat-free options or accommodate wheat allergies. A wheat allergy is different from gluten intolerance or celiac disease, and because wheat is present and handled in our kitchen, we cannot safely accommodate a wheat allergy.
At the end of the day, eat what works for YOU. 🤍
We're here to be transparent about what we use so you can make an informed decision.
And if you're unsure about the difference between celiac disease, gluten intolerance/sensitivity, and a wheat allergy, get informed and talk with your doctor or healthcare provider. Understanding what you're avoiding — and why — can make a big difference.
Gluten-free ≠ wheat-free. 🌾
Knowledge is a good ingredient, too.
