Just wanted to come up and say welcome to those new followers who have joined us here ..sorry we have been MIA for a while life gets in the way not only am I the food creator and cook on this page and business I am also a sideline soccer mom and Uber driver to said kiddos 6x a week and the summer has made it harder while I am still taking orders catching up..... downloading all the goodies I have been making has fallen to the wayside cuz u know u cannot post and drive at the same time and most days im stuck on the sideline side coaching or driving between st.thomas and london many times a day .....I will be getting back into the thick of cooking so stay tuned for new stuff being created and cooked up for ur eating pleasure .....u never know we could 1 day be inspired by our love of soccer as I plan from the sidelines of my girls games .....ENJOY UR SUMMER AND KEEP US IN MIND FOR ALL UR BBQ COOK OUT PARTIES thia summer ...order ur dips and apps and dishes .....make sure u give us at least 1 week in advance notice for ur orders remember my dishes do not sit in fridge for someone to pick up everything is made the day before pick or same day fresh quality is what we strive for

Your meal prep days just got a little ...well alot tastier ....dont forget we meal prep your days and nights....for those hating to cook and make lunches for work we specialize in all take away meal prepped foods like today a beef and broccoli stir fry with a vermecelli noodle rice ....all our dishes are made fresh to order no preservatives from the freshest ingredients and no nasty fillers and processed ingredients.....we specialize in middle eastern foods bit cook up many other cusines and flavours this is an again inspired 1 ....many of these meals can be individual meals or made into a family size portion to take reheat at home ...all dishes also freeze well ao u can have at a later date ...

Today 2 diffrent ways of orders went out individual orders of the same dish out famous roasted zaatar chicken legs and meat topped rice with hummus garlic sauce and a side of fatoush salad and another customer who said she doesnt know how to cook but wanted an upscale presentation so we plated a family style buffet on our own platters and bowls wrapped everything for her so all she needed to do was take the foil off and pretend she made all the food for good Friday....she wanted easy and thats what we did for her ....the only things we ask is she was our bowls ans we will pick up .....

It's been a hot minute since we posted our yummy food ....a middle eastern dish called Rosto....which is a beef eye of the round roast seared on all sides and then roasted in the oven slow and low until it falling apart tender when almost finished its dressed with a garlic lemon and olive oil dressing ....all the sides have a middle eastern flavour twist of garlic and zaatar and lemon ...... garlic sumac salad with mint dressing...a ground beef filled rice pilaf dish topped with golden raisins and mixed toasted nuts

To my past and present clients and customers as you know I specialize in middle eastern cuisine and im a practicing muslim ..as u know our holy month of ramadan is upon us starting wed Feb 18th 2026 lasting 1 month till mar 19th 2026...because I will be fasting from food and water for the month of ramadan from sunrise to sunset i will not be able to complete or take any orders as u are aware making and prepping food is not just a recipe but also by Tasting to make sure its the best quality I can make and during fasting I will not be able to do that..I apologize for any inconvenience this has on those who order from me but I will be back in the thick of it all in 1 month creating and selling all ur favorites u order from me ....

Happy Ramadan and my this homy month bring joy love peace and prosperity to all in this world ...
