This isnā€™t your typical grocery-store garlic powder. Itā€™s bold, spicy, garlicky, and full of flavour. A little goes a long way, whether youā€™re seasoning meat, veggies, potatoes, soups, sauces, or pretty much anything that needs a good hit of garlic. šŸ˜‹

Itā€™s been a busy couple weeks and we have been harvesting and processing things as quickly as we can. We now have mixed baking apples available in 3lb bags for $6.50. A little garden harvest last night. I am in the thick of tomatoes, peppers, weeds and seeds this time of year. Keeping everything tidy and organized has gone out the window while processing and storing our bounty has become top priority. Our next batch of meat birds come on Wednesday and hopefully one pig will be processed in late September before the pens become muddy. New garden beds are being prepped for fall planting and apple trees will be picked soon (amongst the coddling mothšŸ˜«). I am not ready for the season to come to an end but we are sure ready for some rain and it to cool down.
