We've gone garlic scape crazy! But what's not to love about them? So far we have made Scape & Honey Mustard, Garlic Scape Powder, Applewood-Smoked Scape Powder, Sea Salt & Scapes, and Sea Salt & Maple-Smoked Scapes, all of which will be available for sale at the Ravenwood Acres - Homegrown Farmstand shortly!

In addition, we made a delicious Garlic Scape Pesto, a Scape-infused Olive Oil, an amazing Garlic Scape Vinaigrette, a Compound Butter w/Garlic Scapes, Lemon & Herbs, a big batch of Garlic Scape Hummus (seasoned with our own Herb-infused Finishing Salt), a fresh Chimichurri Scape Sauce (fresh is always best but you could easily freeze the scapes and use our TR Chimichurri Mix in the off season). Last but not least, we are pickling the garlic scape umbels (flower bud ends) to see how that works as we don't like to waste anything!

After all that, I think I have just enough scapes left to make either a Garlic Scape Tapenade, a Garlic Scape & Herb Cream Cheese Spread, or a Garlic Scape Salsa! Which would you choose?

With garlic season looming, we’ve got some fantastic garlic scape products on the go! We will have our usual Garlic Scape Powder and our delicious Sea Salt & Scapes bottled up for you shortly, but this year we have added 3 new items to our line up - Smoked Garlic Scape Powder, Sea Salt Smoke & Scapes, and a sweet and tangy Scape & Honey Mustard! We are just waiting for our packaging to arrive and the shelves will be stocked. Good morning all! Hoping you had a Merry Christmas and got to enjoy time with friends and family. I’d like to apologize for my complete lack of attention to this page and our products this season. I had high hopes of restocking long before the holiday season, but the farm was busy, work was busy, and I just couldn’t find the time to get any goods made for ya’ll. We are making a few changes this coming year that will hopefully result in more time to pursue interests like this so I hope you will bear with me and stick around to see what’s coming! Thank you.

This is what happens when you get distracted while roasting garlic salt! 😂 not sure why I’m laughing since now I have to peel more garlic to make a new batch!

I’ve also got cayenne peppers, Italian plums, and shallots waiting in the wings. Any guesses as to what I’m making next? Hint, it’s 2 different recipes.
