We’re excited to announce that turkeys have arrived here on the farm!

It’s always a special time of year, and this fall, we look forward to filling our freezer with our own home-raised turkeys.

These birds have been raised with care and attention, ensuring we get quality, delicious product.

Aspen, our gentle farm milk cow, is getting closer and closer to her calving day, and we’re doing everything we can to make her feel loved and comfortable.
These days, she’s spoiled with lots of her favourite treats and extra cuddles, and mornings are truly special when we whistle to her and say good morning—she responds with the sweetest, gentle "Good Morning Moo."
We’re all eagerly awaiting the arrival of her new little calf, and while we’re not sure of the exact date, many of us are guessing it will be sometime within the next week.
We can’t wait to welcome this new life to our farm!

🚗🌾 Late-Night Journey Alert! 🌾🚗

Last Thursday night We left Salmon Arm around midnight to head to Dawson Creek.
The purpose?
To pick up grains from South Peace Grain — a trusted supplier for our animal feed. We rely on their quality and service to keep our animals happy and healthy! 🐄🐖🐓

It's a long drive, but it’s worth it to ensure our livestock get the best. After collecting the grains, We made the trek back to Salmon Arm later Friday afternoon, arrived at home around 5 a.m. Saturday Morning.
We do what it takes to keep everything running smoothly! 💪🌾🐾

Meet Cedar, Our New Guardian at the Farm!

We’re excited to introduce Cedar, our newest Livestock Guardian Dog (LGD)! Cedar has joined our farm family to help protect our beloved animals and keep our farm safe.
With her watchful eyes, brave spirit, and gentle nature, Cedar is already proving to be an invaluable part of our team. Shes dedicated to patrolling the pasture, keeping predators at bay, and forming a special bond with our livestock.
We’re so happy to have Cedar on board, and we’re confident she’ll do an amazing job safeguarding our farm and animals.

The mud acts as a natural cooling system, preventing overheating. Additionally, mud provides protection from sunburn and helps keep their skin healthy by preventing parasites and skin irritations.
