💛 CLOSURE UPDATE 💛

Although we had planned to reopen on Monday, we’ve realized that we simply need one more day.

Our Heart & Bone retail shop will now reopen Tuesday morning, August 11.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience and so grateful for your patience, kindness, and understanding. We’ll miss you for one more day, but we look forward to welcoming everyone back on Tuesday!

If you need bone broth while we’re closed, you can still find Heart & Bone broth at Country Grocer and Salt Spring Natureworks.

💛 A little update from Heart & Bone Provisions 💛

We’re taking a short break and will be closed Thursday, August 6 through Sunday, August 9, reopening Monday morning, August 10.

While we’re away, you can still pick up your favourite Heart & Bone bone broth at Country Grocer or Salt Spring Natureworks.

We also want to let everyone know that, going forward, our Heart & Bone retail shop will be closed every Sunday.

But you don’t have to miss out! You can still enjoy our delicious soups, freshly made sandwiches, and nourishing bone broth on Sundays at the wonderful Waterfront Café. 🥣🥪

We are so grateful for your continued support, kindness, and encouragement. We’ll miss seeing your familiar faces while we’re away and look forward to welcoming you back on Monday, August 10!

A little pause… we’ll be back soon. 💜

Due to an unexpected electrical issue within our building, Heart & Bone Provisions is temporarily closed while the necessary repairs are completed safely.

At this time, we don’t yet know when we’ll be able to reopen, but we’re working closely with property management and the appropriate professionals to get back to serving you as soon as possible.

We know many of you count on us for your daily broth, soups, sandwiches, and nourishing foods, and we’re just as eager to welcome you back.

Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and the incredible support you’ve shown us. It truly means the world to our small team.

Canada Day has always held a special place in our hearts.

It isn’t just the day our country celebrates its birthday—it’s also the day that, four years ago, we packed up our lives, left Alberta behind, and took a leap of faith toward a dream we could only hope would become reality.

That journey led us here… to Salt Spring Island, to Heart & Bone Provisions, and to a community that welcomed us with open arms.

Over the past four years, we’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible people, sharing nourishing food, hearing your stories, celebrating your victories, and supporting many of you on your own health journeys. Those connections have become the heart of everything we do.

A Little Heads Up ❤️

Our café will be closed this Thursday(July 2nd) for soup and sandwiches while we take the day to focus on broth production and getting caught up behind the scenes.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. Every batch of our organic bone broth is made with care, and sometimes we need to dedicate a day to keeping our shelves full and our quality at its very best.

We’ll be back serving your favourite soups, sandwiches, and homemade goodies as soon as possible!

After a long day, nothing quite beats dipping your toes in the ocean, sipping a mug of broth, and watching the sun set.
Our broth is a sipping broth, made with organic and free range ingredients. It’s delicious as is, with a bit of salt, or other dressings, and it’s great for you!
You can taste the difference, and feel it too!
