Now open every weekend 🍻

We officially reopen for the season tomorrow! Join us every Friday from 4PM–7:30PM for Wing Night, and Saturdays & Sundays from 12PM–7:30PM.

We apologize for being closed during the week while construction on our accommodations continues, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and support. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for our first full season at Salvaje Brewing Co!

Last year, we had the opportunity to speak with CBC Radio’s Melissa Tobin about the transformation of the old fish plant in Salvage into what is now the Salvaje Longhouse, home to Salvaje Brewing Co.

We’re excited to welcome everyone back beginning Friday, May 22!

For now, we will be open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Weekdays we will be closed as construction inside the Longhouse is still ongoing.

Please note that we will not be open for the May long weekend.

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a great meal during the long weekend, be sure to check out our partners at Happy Adventure Inn, who will be reopening on May 15th!

Just a quick update as we head into the season.

We’re not currently open, as we’re still completing construction on our accommodations within the Longhouse. Because of this, the brewery isn’t open for regular service just yet. That said, we’ve been brewing behind the scenes and are looking forward to welcoming you back full-time as soon as we can. As soon as we have a reopening date, we’ll share it right away.

In the meantime, we know many of you are eager to get back in, so we’re hosting a one-night pop-up on Monday, April 27 with live music by Selina Boland (see poster below).

Event details:
- Doors open at 3 PM
- Live music starts at 7 PM
- Food service available until 7:30 PM
- No tickets required! First come, first served for seating

Just a reminder that this is a one-day event only. We’ll be closed again afterward as construction continues.

We’ve also been receiving inquiries about room bookings. At this time, we are not taking room reservations for this year.

No cover or tickets required.
Seating is first come, first served so be sure to come early!

We’re taking a short pause from the construction of our accommodations to host a special weekend pop-up and we’d love to see you!

March 13 | 4:00–7:30 PM
Join us for our signature Wing Night.

March 14 | 12:00–4:00 PM
Open for growler refills, merchandise, and alcohol sales.
There will be NO food service on Saturday.
Join us early in the day for a beer before heading out for a fun night of trivia at the Legion or dancing at the SUF😊
