Attention UA Local 663 Members!
Due to the poor air quality from the devastating forest fires, the UA Local 663 picnic will be cancelled tomorrow and the rescheduled for Thursday evening July 23rd at the Union Hall parking lot from 5-8pm.
Please join us for Family Fun Night and Picnic with bouncy castle, games, door prizes, music, BBQ, corn boil and ice cream. In the case there is still poor air quality the hall will be open for inside festivities.
Sorry for the inconvenience and the change but we must look after the health and safety of all members, young and old, along with children and grandchildren.
We will see you at the Union Hall parking lot Thursday night.

Registration is open to UA Local 663 Members and their families, additional guests can be added to our wait list.

Waivers can be signed at the hall and registration can be paid by cash, debit or e-transfer to [email protected] , please include the names of the people you are paying for in the notes of an e-transfer.

Registration is now open for the 2nd Annual UA Local 663 Sporting Clay Shoot. You may register at the hall and pay your registration fee by cash, debit or e-transfer at [email protected]

Location: Twin Creeks Shooting Preserve (1279 Dobbyn Road, Inwood ON)
Date: September 13th, 2026
Sign-in: 9:00am
Opening Ceremonies: 9:30am
Shotgun Start: 10:00am
Registration Fee: $60 Includes 50 Clays and Lunch
Lunch for Spectators: $20 (Must also register ahead)
Space is Limited!

All shooters and spectators must have a 2026 Waiver on file with Twin Creeks Shooting Preserve, waivers are available to sign at the hall.

A ceremony will take place this evening at 6pm @ Clifford Hansen Fire Station, 240 East Street, Sarnia
