'Zapeikanki-ish' on Cozy Home Pantry 4 cheese dill buns with a Haunted mushroom on mushroom base, spinach and green onion, topped with an Apple basil Medusa ceaser sauce. Maybe not the prettiest or most accurate attempt, but still 🔥🫶.

I was just in Poland to see Skot play Mystic Festival. There, we were introduced to the street food wonder that is Zapeikanki - open faced toasted baguettes typically made with a bed of fried mushrooms and cheese. On to this, add whatever you want for toppings, toast, and finish it off with a sauce (traditionally Ketchup). Pictured is the 'Green Fantasy' with Peri Peri sauce. Yes, that is an absurd amount of chives 🤘AND Poland rocks hot sauce! 🖤

Next home attempt, I'll grab some baguettes and try to make a proper form Zapeikanki. Sorry for the abomination Polish friends 🫣

Also, get coffee from a bear Rarrr Specialty Coffee if you're ever in Krakow... 10/10 experience. 😂 I still have my pine cone. 🌲
