Fall is for pumpkins, and planting PEONIES! We have a few spots left in our two-part Peony Garden Workshop on Sept 9th (other dates are sold out).

Part 1: We teach everything you need to know about peonies, in all seasons. From disease and pests, to proper SK specific planting info, to peony anatomy, we teach everything peony. Plus, never before shared access to our peony rows for hands on learning and enjoying a September afternoon.

Part 2: Pick up your roots and go home and plant your curated selection of three of our favorite rare peonies from the same European supplier we plant from.

So come stroll the peony rows, with a fall tea or latte, learn everything peony and enjoy a fall day on the farm. Then head home, take your peony knowledge and get ready for Part 2 and three stunning healthy peonies to plant. Full details, there’s lots to read about it, are on our website.

A few tips to help you book as some dates typically sell out immediately:
🎃PayPal is our processor on the website, and it allows you to use your credit cards.
🎃We can’t change your booking, so please ensure you pick the proper event and day you want from the dropdown.
🎃Directions come with purchase and again one week prior we email reminders, directions and a pin.
🎃Read the fine print on each class description as it has many useful things to note and understand.

Each year, our All Hallows’ Eve workshops are the finale to our pumpkin workshop season—a dark, romantic, and vintage vibe filled with our darkest pumpkins and dried florals. Forget the blood and guts. Think more of a Practical Magic girls’ night out. Read more about the workshop, dates and times available, on our website ahead of bookings opening August 22nd.

Our Autumn Harvest Dried Floral Pumpkins Workshops sell out each year, and I can see why. I love hosting these and sharing our florals and pumpkins that we have worked hard to grow all spring and summer and finally come fall, we get to fully enjoy and share with you! In the workshops, you get to use our vast collection of dried florals and an array of beautiful pumpkins in autumnal colours to create your own one-of-a-kind arrangement. And of course our stunning peonies have a second life in the workshops too. We’ll guide you through combining textures, tones and seasonal details to create something truly special. Your finished arrangement will last for months so you can enjoy it throughout the entire fall season. And of course, we are tucked into the beautiful floral studio, cozy no matter the weather, enjoying the views of the farm and fall sips. Dates and times are on the website, so you can plan ahead for a beautiful bespoke pumpkin filled experience at the Farm. They will open to book Aug 22nd.

One of my favourite pumpkin workshops, our Thanksgiving Tablescape Trays. The perfect centerpiece for your table, and the cutest host/hostess gift to bring to dinner. It’s always a fun evening, cozy in the floral studio, as guests choose their palette from a variety of shapes, colours and types of our mini and small pumpkins, gourds and squashes, tucking on our farm wheat and dried florals. And of course, fall sips and laughter as we enjoy the evening together. If you would like to join us, dates and times are on the website, and open to book August 22nd.

I love peony season, and everything about peonies... But fall has my heart, with all of our pumpkins, ripe crops, golden hours, changing leaves and blooms. There is a stillness and a pause in the evenings on the farm. The air is cool and sweet with the scent of ripe wheat, dust from the fields hangs in the light during golden hour, making the sky seem to glow. And while our flowers and pumpkins are the stars of our workshops, they just wouldn’t be the same without the magic of the farm in fall.

We have a collection of thoughtfully curated experiences so you can take in the beauty of autumn and all of our pumpkins at Maybelle Farm. We invite you to choose your favorite one ahead of when they open to book on August 15th. There is something truly magical about autumn and harvest on the prairies. And we cannot wait to welcome you back to the farm for another season filled with golden hours, harvest, and the coziness of pumpkins in our floral studio.
