We've had a number of customers inquire about if we are ever going to start making sandwiches in the shop? The short answer has always been maybe?? 👀 We have recently started to play around with some in-house made bread for this 😳 It's a tough job having to test (eat) these trials but somebody has to do it. Don't be surprised to see some Grab n' Go sandwich options in the shop in the next couple weeks. Stay tuned for more info.

Recently we spent several days away from the store to attend and meet some incredibly passionate people from across the cheese industry and beyond! 🧀

It was so great to connect, learn, taste, and talk shop with so many amazing people who value quality and craftsmanship.

One of the coolest parts was being invited to attend an induction ceremony of industry professionals into the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers! What an experience!

Safe to say we came home inspired… and maybe a little overstocked on cheese 😄
