Today's Saturday Sandwich is all about doing things the slow way.

Housemade ciabatta piled high with our slow-roasted beef, housemade sweet caramelized onions, and nutty Emmentaler A.O.P. We finish it with housemade 9 Mile Legacy Brewing Angus Stout pickled onions, and beer mustard mayo that we made with Gravelbourg Mustard Beer Mustard and a handful of fresh arugula.

Simple ingredients, made from scratch, layered with care. With some amazing local products!

We've had a number of customers inquire about if we are ever going to start making sandwiches in the shop? The short answer has always been maybe?? 👀 We have recently started to play around with some in-house made bread for this 😳 It's a tough job having to test (eat) these trials but somebody has to do it. Don't be surprised to see some Grab n' Go sandwich options in the shop in the next couple weeks. Stay tuned for more info.
