We’ve been getting messages asking how we operate our siopao machine.

We’re sorry, but we cannot share our recipe, measurements, settings, or process. These are part of our trade secret.

A siopao machine is not simply “put the dough in and it works.” The dough requires the right formula, exact measurements, consistency, and machine settings.

It took us almost a year of research and development, countless hours of testing, and a lot of wasted ingredients and money before we perfected our process.

The machine can be purchased.

The formula behind it has to be developed.
