It releases microscopic spores into the air and in an enclosed space like a basement, you can breathe those in for months without realizing it. Any symptoms often go unnoticed because there's nothing obvious pointing back to the real cause.
We sealed the concrete in this laundry room with a fully waterproof polyaspartic coating. No seams, no organic material for mold to latch onto, nothing but a clean, solid surface built to handle Saskatchewan's moisture and freeze-thaw swings.
