That weird taste when the ice starts melting. Not bad enough to complain about. Just… off.

Here's what's happening.

When water freezes, it pushes minerals, dissolved gases and impurities toward the centre of the cube. As the ice melts into your drink, those same things get released right back into the water.

Your ice water can actually taste worse than water straight from the tap.

We have been working hard to train new members of our service team and are proud to announce the addition of four new employees: Rita (Customer Service Representative), Henny (Service Technician), John (Service Technician), and Andrew (Service Technician). These are some of the highest-caliber hires we have ever made. More importantly, they are all fantastic human beings, and we are incredibly proud to welcome them to the Infinite Water family.

We experienced significant delays early in 2026 as we started the year short-staffed and were impacted by several injuries within our team. Since then, we have been focused on improving service response times, expanding province-wide availability, and strengthening every aspect of our customer support experience.

Improving customer service was our #1 priority for 2026.

This week, we added four new cargo vans to our fleet, bringing us to a total of nine service vehicles, and we now have seven full-time field-certified technicians serving customers across Saskatchewan.

These investments represent months of recruiting, training, and preparation, and we are excited to begin delivering the faster response times, improved communication, and expanded service capacity that our customers deserve.

Thank you to our customers for your patience and continued trust as we continue to grow. We are ready for the busy season ahead and look forward to serving communities across Saskatchewan better than ever.
