Due to the incredible hard work, long hours, and dedication our staff has shown, especially through the recent heat and busy season, we'll be closing early today at 6:00 PM so we can take our team out and show them how much they're appreciated.

The people behind the counter, in the kitchen, and serving our guests are the reason Bistro on B is what it is, and today we're celebrating them.

We’re making the Brisket Sandwich 🔥🥪

Ciabatta bread hits the flat top until it’s perfectly toasted and golden brown. Then we layer on our in house BBQ sauce, piled-high shredded brisket, and fresh coleslaw made daily in-house. Finished with one more hit of BBQ sauce to top it all off 😮‍🔥
