WE HAVE A WINNER!!!!

First off, we want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who entered our Custom Taco Platter for 8 giveaway!

We have to be honest… we didn’t expect to see so many people enter, tag their friends, and share the love. Seeing our community come together like that honestly means more to us than you know.

We use a random comment picker to choose our giveaway winners, and unfortunately, the first two names that were selected (Sept 1 and Sept 2) did not respond to our messages within the required time. So, we had to go back to the random comment picker and draw one more time.

We love seeing other chefs come through!

Big shoutout to Ian, Chef at Cactus Club Café, for coming by and giving some of our food a try!

It was awesome having Ian and the crew in, sharing some great food and even better conversations. And hearing them rave about the Brisket Mac & Cheese and our smoked brisket definitely made our day.

Huge thanks to Ian, Brooke, and the whole crew for the support and kind words. We’ll keep the brisket coming! 🔥

We had the pleasure of cooking for our friends over at Cactus Club! 🔥🌮

We put together a little taco spread along with a selection of the smoked proteins. A perfect way to feed a group and let everyone get a taste of what we do.

👀 Are ribs coming to the menu?!

You guys have been asking for them, so today we’re putting two different styles to the test 🔥🥩

We’re trying a full rack of ribs and party style ribs, cut individually to see which one turns out better and holds up best for service.

Both are getting coated with our pork rub, smoked low and slow, wrapped, and then sent back onto the smoker to finish. 💨🔥

After about 3 hours, they’re wrapped and cooking away… now we just need to dial in the timing.

Two tacos, two completely different ways to bring the flavour 🔥🌮

First up, our Shrimp Taco 🍤 fresh, flavourful, and packed into every bite.

Then we’ve got the Pulled Pork Carnita Taco, loaded with tender pulled pork, Carolina mop sauce, and pickled onions. And of course, it comes with a side of our cheese dipping sauce basically our famous mac & cheese sauce, but made for dipping your taco. 🧀🔥

🚨 NEW MENU ITEM ALERT 🚨🔥

Meet the Beef Cheek on a Bun 🥩🍔

We keep this one simple, but the flavour is anything but. Our beef cheek is smoked for about 4 hours, then confit overnight until it’s incredibly tender.

We pile it onto a fresh bun, hit it with our in-house mop sauce, and finish it with crispy jalapeños for that perfect kick.

Beef cheek. Mob sauce. Crispy jalapeños. Bun. That’s it. That’s money. 💰🔥
