Fresh Rolls 12/$15 (meat or vegetarian options). They currently come fresh, all you need to do is deep fry in a pot with oil or use a deep fryer. Spring roll filling made into meatballs.

We have an order for Matt's spring rolls. Thought I would see if there were others and then we can work on a big batch. By "we" I mean where I get to eat the extras............lol

They are $15 for 1 dozen and they are delicious!!!! They are sold fresh and the customer deep fries them......deep fryer not needed, just need a pot of oil and we will provide further instructions to make it simple.

We have been getting a few orders for Matt's famous spring rolls. In addition to his regular spring rolls, he is offering a new version, and we are playing with the name of them, calling them "Lazy spring rolls" or "Spring balls". Basically they are the spring roll filling made into the shape of a meatball. They would not require deep frying, instead you would simply cook them like a regular meatball. (A hint, Dee's Sunset Gourmet Thai Sauce goes really well with them!)

Spring rolls $15/dozen (larger than average spring roll)
Spring balls $20/3 dozen
