Honey harvest is finished for many prairie beekeepers !
Talking to folks around here , it seems like a much lower average crop than usual. That’s due a weird cold spring , a very hot summer ( which meant that flowering crops dried up quickly ), and , in some cases , the bees not being at full strength when they needed to be !

You guys have probably heard about a 50% tariff on honey heading to the US?

For over a decade , Sask Made Marketplace has been a huge support for local businesses in general, and us in particular ! These guys really walk the talk .
