Well, I just want to thank each and every one of you for the support you have given me and my staff, I guess my hubby, too, lol. This year was the busiest summer we have had, and it wouldn't have been possible without you all ❤️. My staff and I thank you. I have been dreading making this post the last few weeks, but this year was the last year for Roxys Fry Shack for now. I have sold it to Monique Brock and her husband. It will be parked at the blueberry campground next year. They want to keep the same great food and sizes that I have had over the years. As a matter of fact they asked me to help them out for a few weeks next year when they opened to show them how I did things and what products I used. I told them dont buy the cheap s*%t because in the end its not worth it. Quality is everything, and they know that. I think they will do awesome. I will be focusing on catering for now. I am getting a catering trailer done up with a stove, grill, and fryers. You may see us around town and at pow wows and different events. We are taking some time for us. It's been a busy few years with raising our great grandson, who is a toddler, so busy busy busy lol. We wouldn't have it any other way, though. And having issues with my back since I broke it 7 years ago has caught up to me. Again, I want to thank everyone for the greatest 6 seasons anyone could ask for. I have made some very good friends by doing this and have the best customers ever. It's been a sad few days because I have been doubting myself, but this is what's best for now. So if you need any catering needs or trays, just send me a message. I will be updating all the menu and phone number.
I also want to thank all the staff I have had over the last 6 seasons.
