For the record these guys are Rutabagas but are very often referred to as Turnips (which we grow as well) and we are harvesting lots for the upcoming Thanksgiving weekend!

You guys asked us and we were more than happy oblige! We have partnered with another great local business JR's Pizza and now carry their absolutely delicious fully cooked frozen pizzas!

Our very first delivery arrived this afternoon and they will be available for sale in the Store tomorrow!

Wishing our sweet beautiful boy Hudson a great big Happy Birthday as today he turns 5! ❤️

To the boy that doesn’t know he’s not a real boy, that sits on chairs, loves to be wherever we are and who thinks that greeting everyone at the Farm is the best job in the entire world today we celebrate you! ❤️

These absolutely beautiful masterpieces were seeded months ago and to all you onion lovers out there they are worth the drive to the Farm!

Welp…

At least we had a good run this year! It was some of the best corn we have ever grown and not only did some of you all get to enjoy it but boy oh boy so did the birds!!!! 🤦‍♀️

Growing food in a nutshell…there is always something eating for free here! Out here taste testing the goods and usually destroying what they’ve sampled, we can get pi**ed off all we want and trust me when I say we have names for these little buggers but it is the reality of Farming!

We do have a second, later planting coming so fingers crossed we are able to get some later fall corn on the farm tables in the next couple of weeks because it was just that good! 🤤

Much to our dismay we were hit with our first touch of frost on the Farm this morning! Thankfully there was very minimal damage but it has forced us to accept that the seasons are changing and that some of our summertime favorites will soon be coming to an end!

So while they are still here and thriving don’t miss your chance to grab them, including Zucchini!
