Deep in the high-altitude microclimates of Santa Barbara, producer Denilson Madrid grows a single-farm lot of the Pacas variety at 1600 meters. Washed with mountain water, this harvest delivers an exceptionally clean, vibrant cup that represents the absolute best of Honduran agriculture.

The Profile: It opens with a striking aroma of juicy, ripe orchard fruits. Your first sip brings a crisp malic acidity reminiscent of sweet Peach, balanced beautifully by a deep, comforting backbone of Brown Sugar and rich Raisins. Clean, refined, and deeply satisfying.
