Because, we have exciting news at the Four Winds Restaurant!

Meet Carlton, a passionate, highly skilled Red Seal Executive Chef who has 20+ years of comprehensive culinary experience, spanning high-volume family restaurants to elite fine dining operations. Being raised in the industry, has given him a deep-rooted respect and passion in the kitchen.

Tomorrow, July 4th, 2026, we will have our soft opening, Come enjoy some special dinner dishes, serving from 5:30 - 7:30pm!

As this week goes on, our full menu will take shape and be launched soon...

Join us, and come enjoy some wonderful meals and help us in welcoming Carlton to the community!

Hello everyone,

We would like to apologize for all the unannounced closures we've had this week at Ennis Grocery.

We understand the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused. Both staff had sudden and urgent needs that left us with no one to operate.

John came across immediately and is now taking over operating the store. We are now OPEN and ready to serve you all.

Again, our apologies for the inconvenience. Please share with others that we are back to operating on our normal schedule.
