“Two Weeks Notice…” as adorable as baby Anouk is in her baby carrier learning to shape loaves, it is time to call for a pause… 🥲 this week and next week will be our last market bake for the season. Going back to work four weeks after giving birth has taken its toll on family life, given us a new perspective and inspired a different path… see you all tomorrow on St. Paul Street! “Mother’s Day” has a new meaning this year as I’ve just recently joined the club of amazing humans who have made the choice to give birth… The life before I joined this club was quite different .. filled with maximum productivity. These days, I really appreciate doing less, saying no and respecting my own and our child’s inner boundaries. “Keep it simple” is what my good friend Jessica .flour always says. Jess is one of my the many SUPERMOMS I’d like to give a shout out to this weekend .does.stuff and of course my own mom. You all ROCK !!!

“Juggling…” motherhood, business, farm & animals definitely requires some adaptability. The early morning baking shift includes a sprinkle of baby snuggles, a few cups of baby dancing and 100ml of good attitude. Thanks to the village of folks showing up to help out .flour & the amazing gals holding down the farm crew, there is pastry & bread again this week! See ya all there tomorrow from 8:30 till 12:30 on St. Paul street 💕 ❤️

“Hand Crafted Croissants” are our thing. We use organic butter, organic sugar, organic flour and a two day sourdough fermentation process to bring these buttery & flaky pastries to you for market day. This will be the very first on the street and we are so thrilled our booth can be there thanks to the village of amazing folks making it happen .flour super sandy, isabel & Sandra!!

“A full house…” of help is such a blessing when things get busy. This weekends Easter bake was a special one, Klara & Gesa were busy mixing, shaping & baking under super baker Jess .flour supervision bringing you a limited edition of brioche, carrot cake and the usual crusty loaves & viennoisserie! This is our last spring market until the outdoor season starts, we are also wishing a bon voyage to these two epic gals from Germany giving us a hand.
