Description
A renowned restaurant specializing in Continental and Bangladeshi cuisine, located at the heart of Danforth, Toronto is currently looking for exceptional servers to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should be able to start immediately.

Duties / Responsibilities
 Greet the customers
 Ensure that all customers are attended to / looked after while at the restaurant, this includes but not limited to order taking, answering questions on menu items, upselling and so on
 Answer restaurant phones within 3 rings
 Handling cash and POS systems
 Ensuring the overall hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant (both front and back of the house)
 Opening and closing the restaurant including generating the relevant reports and tallying the daily cash
 Handling the online delivery orders
 Maintaining a constant and effective liaison with the Kitchen team

Skills
 Excellent communication skills in English and/or Bengali
 Attention to detail
 Customer service
 Essential computer skills
 Problem-solving

Desirable
 Food Handler’s Certificate
