Salish Sea Regenerative Farm Society Our purpose is to use the power of compost to regenerate healthy soils & restore natures biodiversity

Salish Sea Regenerative Farm Society consists of a group of community members who have come together to conduct a pilot project to reclamate soil on 6 acres of land, donated by the Sechelt Nation with the intention to grow healthy food for the Sechelt Hospital through regenerative agriculture practices. These practices avoid the use of chemical fertilizers and prioritize the creation of conditions

that attract healthy soil microbiology that works through a symbiotic, productive nutrient cycling model with plants to create healthy, nutrient soil that requires less water resources and naturally contributes to capturing carbon back into the soil.

We’re hiring 4 Canada summer jobs positions!
- Education coordinator
- Vegetable farm worker x 2
- Ecological restoration technician
These are seasonal, full-time positions with funding secured for 4months (May-August) with possibility for extension.

To be eligible you must be between 15-30 at the start of employment and be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or under refugee status and legally allowed to work in a Canada.
