We often talk about the end result, but this is the work that happens in between.

In these pics we are setting up cattle panel trellises, flame weeding, drying lettuce for our colourful salad bags, making wheelbarrow trips to the compost pile, adding some last minute flowers to the garden for the pollinators (and the humans who enjoy them), and of course getting supervised by Patsy 🐕

We are prepping for the market today, and will be packing the truck to the brim with fresh, seasonal produce. We want you to experience the full farm-to-table menu this week ❤️

Try our Strawberry Lemonade while it’s in season, and don’t forget to swing by our custom Salad & Microgreens Bar to mix and match your perfect blend of fresh greens. Bring your own container and skip the disposables ♻️
