Our new Maple Pecan Crunch Salad is a delicious mix of spinach, red onion, apple, maple pecans, aged cheddar cheese + our maple mustard dressing!

Our new smoothie of the month is (finally) here 💜 The Purple Smoothie is back again in honour of Miranda’s older brother Travis who passed away in 2020 from an overdose.💜

Our donation this year will be going towards the Manitoba Harm Reduction Network - “We focus on changing systems and policies that create harm for people who use drugs, recognizing the historic harms of drug policy and criminalization.” Head over to their page and/or website to learn more about the important work they do.💜

A huge congratulations is going out to our co-owner Jocelyn & her new husband TJ!!❤️💍

Jocelyn and TJ hosted the dreamiest backyard wedding that included a pool party, dinner by Sergio’s Pasta, tiramisu made by the bride herself and so many other dreamy details. It was truly the best day and we are so excited for these two to officially start their lives together.🥰

We will be closed for a week starting Monday at the Selkirk shop!!🥲 although we’ll obviously miss our wonderful customers this was the absolute best timing as our very own Jocelyn is getting married next weekend!!! 💍🎉

PS - we are open today and tomorrow but will most likely run out of various menu items as our stock dwindles!💚

Our July smoothie of the month is here! Sarah’s Smoothie is a delicious blend of oat milk, banana, vanilla yogurt, strawberry + blueberry swirled with whipped cream! 💜 $1.00 from each will be donated to 's Hope Crisis Centref their new location in Selkirk! 💜

Sarah’s House is their new location in Selkirk at 3-360 Eveline Street. Made possible through the support of specialized grants, generous donors, and ongoing community fundraisers, Sarah’s House reflects the care and commitment of many.

This space will offer free counselling, reporting services, and support as a sexual violence resource centre, grounded in compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to walking alongside those in our rural communities. This is one more stepping stone on our mission of hope, healing and recovery and our dedication to supporting survivors of sexualized violence.

Congratulations to all of our customers who asked for the Buffalo Dill Salad to come back because we finally did it!😂 this beauty features romaine lettuce, corn, bell peppers, cucumbers, avocado, dill cashew cheeze + buffalo croutons with a creamy dill dressing😘👌
