Delighted to announce the 2025 Sea Buckthorn Season is OPEN!

Available for Pick-Your-Own, $5/pound and freshly picked/ frozen for $12/pound at the “home farm” 4163 Perth Road 107, Shakespeare, directly neighbouring the Shakespeare Conservation Area and around the corner from the blueberry patch.

Our branches are just loaded and berries are beautifully firm. While they are on the sour side; often compared to sour candies and reminiscent of citrus—you only need about 7 of these golden berries to hit your vitamin C daily requirements (they have anywhere from 8x to 16x more vitC than oranges). Plus, they are further packed with B12, vitamins A, K and E; along with healthy oils, minerals and all four omega fatty acids. Top oatmeal, yogurt and salads, blend in smoothies, juice and bake with these little health gems.

This season is expected to go on for the next 10-14 days, but continues with frozen stores year round. Get in touch with Nadia at (519)-625-1468 for any patch updates, to place freshly picked/frozen orders or to book a picking appointment. Picking is open by appointment or by chance over the next few weeks.

And just like that another year comes to an end and we say goodbye to the 2025 Blueberry Season.

We’ll begin with the most heartfelt thank you to each and every single one of you berry enthusiasts who came to pick, to pick-up or to eat our lovely berries. The season had its oddities and frustrations, but after 4 weeks we can all agree that the berries were incredibly sweet and flavourful.

To our mighty team, thank you, you worked so hard and picked even harder. Like a well-oiled machine we couldn’t be prouder of our staff as they too traversed the season. (At the end we all feel like Ruarc in the final slide)

Forever and always, mark your calendars for the 1st and 15th of July for raspberries and blueberries at TNT Berries. Sea buckthorns will be starting their own season shortly, more updates to follow.
