Apple Cardamom jam jazzes up simple, cost effective pork chops while Cherry Rhubarb Jack Daniels makes an amazing glaze for a holiday ham. Chutney is a daily happening in our home - from a dollop on a pork tenderloin, a spoonful on roast chicken sandwich, a whole jar during a ploughman's picnic lunch or the Tropical chutney on fresh seafood. For a treat - tea jellies are definitely a luxury item! Using only the finest teas from Silk Road in Victoria these tea jellies really hit the spot!
