I didn’t hatch enough for my wait list so I have these available. Hatched last Friday so a week old.

I have 6 straight run chicks available. Pick up Amaranth 5 mins SW of Shelburne. (Can possibly meet in Orangeville or Markdale pending schedules. Other locations if I’m heading that way. Pm to discuss)

I recently had someone ask how large my mature birds are. My two main roosters are 11lbs & 12lbs. They stand about 22” tall. The one hen I weighed was 8lbs. Bramhas are a dual purpose birds, good for egg laying and meat birds due to their size. They are winter hardy with feathered legs and are one of the friendliest breeds of chicken.

Got my brinsea set up for hatching. Fertility looks good after candling and this batch is all locked down. (I forgot I had an extended power outage on my first hatch due to a local pole fire)

Should have little chirps by mid next week.

I do have a wait list for chicks and will be contacting people in order. If you’re interested in chicks please pm me to be added to the waitlist.

I need a couple more hatches to test fertility before I can see if shipping hatching eggs are available this year.
