🍺 B**r Myth: IPAs are always bitter.

There's a grain of truth to this one—but it's not the whole story.

Hops contribute flavour and aroma as well as bitterness, which means an IPA can be citrusy, piney, floral, tropical, or somewhere in between. While some IPAs are quite bitter, others are smooth, juicy, and fruit-forward.

So maybe don't write them off after just one sip.
