​We sincerely apologize to anyone who experienced the tragedy of missing out on our Toasted Ravioli at the fair last week. We underestimated your love for deep-fried, cheese-stuffed pasta perfection... and you guys cleaned us out! 😅

​The good news? WE HAVE RECOVERED.

​The Dolly’s Sandwiches trailer is reloaded, fully stocked, and locked & loaded for Waterford Pumpkin Fest this weekend!

​Come get yours before the crowd remembers how good they are. Pair it with a Philly, a Cuban (The Vacation), or a Loaded Brisket Poutine, and watch the 8:00 PM Fireworks on a full stomach! 🎆✨

To everyone who stopped by Dolly's Sandwiches over the past few weeks—thank you, thank you, thank you! 🥪❤️

​Between 7 incredible days at the Norfolk County Fair and 4 fantastic days at the Caledonia Fair, we spent 11 out of 12 days busy welcoming people to our window from both amazing events. We even had a customer visit us all the way from Dubai!

​An enormous, heartfelt thank you to our staff—who are mostly family and friends. We truly couldn't have done this without you dropping everything to step in, work hard, and help make this happen. To all the incredible event coordinators, vendor coordinators, volunteers, and staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes: we appreciate you more than words can say.

It was an absolute joy seeing smiling faces from all over Ontario (and beyond!), catching up with our wonderful regulars we see at markets across the region, and welcoming so many new friends. Your support for local means the world to our small business.

​We are running on pure exhaustion and gratitude right now, but we won't be resting for long—our next adventure is this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the Waterford Pumpkin Fest! Come see us there! 🎃✨
