Rock Front Family Farm Rock Front Family Farm is a local mixed Vegetable and Microgreens Farm, located in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. Stay tuned for further updates.

Owners, Jackie and Tyler Bernier, are dedicated in producing and distributing high quality and nutritious products to their local community. Offering a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly subscription service of select varieties of nutrient-dense micro greens and shoots. Shoots:
- Sunflower Shoots, Pea Shoots, Fava Bean Shoots

Micro Mixes/Blends:

-Mild Mi

cro Mix (Sunflower, Pea, Broccoli Raab, Crimson Clover and Purple Kohlrabi)

- Spicy Micro Mix (Sunflower, Rainbow Radish, Broccoli, Broccoli Raab, Mustard and Arugula)

-Deluxe Micro Mix (Sunflower, Pea, Rainbow Radish, Broccoli Raab, Crimson Clover and Purple Kohlrabi)

- Rainbow Radish (Blend of Daikon, Red, Triton, and Ruby)

- Mild Blend (Broccoli Raab, Crimson Clover and Purple Kohlrabi)

- Brassica Blend (Broccoli, Broccoli Raab, Mustard, Radish and Arugula)

** We also trial other crops often and will add them in as a specialty green, occasionally. Some examples are Arugula, Popcorn Shoots, and Swiss Chard. At this time we are limited on our product selection due to our current business location. In the coming years, we have plans to expand to a larger location and aspire on becoming a full production, organic farm, offering a diverse selection of fruit, vegetables, pasture raised chicken eggs, and livestock.

Hi everyone!

A friendly reminder to make sure returned milk, butter and yogurt jars and bottles are WASHED AND CLEAN. No milk residue or water please.

We are having a lot rejected at the dairy farm and being returned to us, which is creating a lot of extra work on our end.

Unclean jars and bottles will not be accepted and/or your deposit will be non-refundable.

Thank you for your understanding so that we can continue to offer these wonderful products. 🥛

We are limited in some items until our restock next week but still have a lot to enjoy.
From fresh Microgreens 🌱and Lettuce 🥬to frozen local meats 🥩homemade Gluten Free Baked goods and pure maple syrup, we have something for you!
