Hey friends ❤️
You may have noticed we weren’t at the opening market day this past weekend, and after a lot of thought and looking at the months ahead, we’ve made the difficult decision to sit out the 2026 farmers market season for BV Apple Fritters.
Between our current work schedules, being away for two family weddings, and a special 30th anniversary trip this summer, we would only be able to attend a small handful of markets. Unfortunately, our ingredients and prep don’t lend themselves well to such a limited run — and we always want to show up consistently and do it well. This year, we just wouldn’t be able to give it what it deserves.
That said… this is not goodbye. Not even close. ❤️
We’re so grateful for the support, encouragement, and excitement so many of you have already shared about us coming back. It truly means a lot. BV Apple Fritters has been such a special part of our lives, and we fully intend for it to be again — just not this season.
We’re already looking ahead, and with more help lined up, we’re really looking forward to being back and seeing everyone next season.
