40 Below Sauce began as a homemade hot sauce excursion in Yellowknife, NT using our carefully and tenderly homegrown habaneros. Since then we branched out and share with everyone! We make Hot, Not So Hot, Garlic, Hoisin, Mustard and Stupid Hot sauces. We have a sauce for all tastebuds to enjoy!
