Just some thoughts from an old farmer - Tariffs and Trump. Apparently, the solution to ILLEGAL drug trafficking and immigration is to punish the hard-working population of Canada and others by imposing punitive tariffs on LEGAL commerce and imports. Most a necessity for the American economy. Somebody is dancing with two left feet and blaming his dance partners. Last time I crossed the border, there are 2 crossings to pass through. ours and theirs. Deal with the issues through enhanced enforcement and treatment programs, not a trade war where everyone loses.
Sorry but this looks like someone shipping the pigs 'cause the cows got out.

It is sometimes the littlest things that warm your heart and restore your faith in honesty. A few weeks back, I did some troubleshooting for some tractor people up around Bobs Lake. At the 2nd stop, I forgot my circuit tester, a Princess Auto 12$ special, I wasn't too worried about it, but yesterday it appeared under the wiper blade of my truck. Honesty does grow in some people's garden after all.

Working down a stubble field with the Deutz and offsets, mosquitoes are horrible. no bug spray in cab, but a can of WD40, yep! It slows them down nicely and I smell like a tractor too!

Home from looooooooooooooooong weekend at lake. Bit of tinkering, questionable cooking (by me), playtime with Mr Massey ( he plays ruff! ) , great views, lotsa naptime for us old farts, and movie binge on 13 th time watching Groundhog Day. Home last night, getting ready to launch Big Yellow tommorrow ( my last morning to sleep in until 8 am ! ) , find something to do on farm - not hard .
