Quarter beef (split side) up for grabs! The deets are as follows:

Cuts are vacuum packed and include: rib steaks, t-bones, strip steaks, sirloin steaks, tenderloin steaks, round roasts, sirloin tip roasts, blade roasts, cross-rib roasts, short ribs, stew meat, brisket and ground beef.

Pricing and payment: 197.5 lb hanging weight at $8.15/lb comes out to $1609.63. E-transfer, cash, or debit. 2% fee for credit cards.

Space needed: 4-5 cubic feet. Is boxed, frozen, and ready for pickup. FCFS.
