Got some fun hugging carrots this week, one that I think is made up of 5 friends!
Lots of other produce as well. Sugar Snap Peas, the start of Potatoes as well as beets, kale, chard, parsley, cilantro, green onion, kohlrabi and the last week of garlic scapes. Come on by the Sooke Country Market today 10-2 and grab some freshly picked produce from us, and amazing crafts and food from all our other great vendors.

Ducklings! Because all I seem to be able to post this year, is baby poultry.
We had a momma duck hiding eggs in the field, so we figured we would incubate them for her, and not have her nest out in the elements. We got 14 babies!! But who can be sad about that! They are so cute and smooshy.
