Stiff Jab Pale Ale
This North American-style pale ale comes out swinging with bright notes of pine and citrus from carefully selected hops, balanced by a medium body and just a touch of sweetness. It’s crisp, flavourful, and easy to come back to - the kind of beer that earns its place in the fridge and on tap.

😂 Comedy Night is back at SOB this Wednesday! 🎤🍻

Join us on Wednesday, June 10th at 830pm for another night of stand-up comedy in the taproom, featuring Julya Van Der Sloot headlining, with James Boyle and Meg Vukelic, hosted by Bo Jagger Essery.

Julya Van Der Sloot is a Vancouver-based comedian who has been featured at Just For Laughs Vancouver, competed in the Seattle International Comedy Competition, and placed third in Little Mountain Gallery’s Summer Comedy Competition. She’s toured across Western Canada and is bringing her sharp humour back to Vancouver Island for one night at SOB.

Join us Wednesday, May 13th for a night of live stand-up featuring Elyott Ryan headlining, with Ryan Wallace, hosted by Bo Jagger Essery. Show starts at 8:30pm (doors at 7:30pm)

Elyott Ryan brings a sharp, quick-fire style with a mix of personal storytelling and clever punchlines, honed on stages across Canada and Europe. From festivals like Rifflandia and the Edmonton Fringe to touring nationwide, he’s built a reputation as one to watch - and he’s bringing it to the SOB stage.
