These foods and store bought produce is made into jams, jellies, sauces, pie fillings, pickles, relishes, and flavoured vinegars. All products produced are gluten free. The garden is naturally grown with no pesticides.

Haskap or not to Haskap? The University of Saskatchewan examined the Siberian Haskap and determined it had more antioxidants than blueberries. That makes it a healthy choice for consumption. We started growing Haskaps and making jam. But it has not taken off as a desirable product. Do we wait for the market to realize its value, or sell the plants and make room for more raspberries, which is our number one product? Decisions, decisions!

It is time for our annual report of useless information. Strawberry jam has maintained the same sales level for many years. But it is no longer number one. Raspberry took over that spot last year and continues to excel. Followed by strawberry-rhubarb, and blackberry. Strawberry is now fourth. Pickled Beets remains number on pickle, seconded by Hot Pickled Beans. Blackberry vinegars has taken number one spot, with Raspberry and Beet Ginger closely behind.
