💡 Prefer Your Sushi a Little Less Chilly?
If you prefer your sushi rolls a little less cold straight from the fridge, here’s a simple tip:
1. Remove the plastic lid, soy sauce packet, and pickled ginger.
2. Microwave the rolls for just 15–20 seconds.
This simply takes off the fridge chill and softens the rice a little perfect if you prefer your sushi slightly warmer!
