Thank you tracy Walkden for your kind words....hearing it straight from our customers always feel good.
In case you don't know, if the meat you are butchering is for yourself or family members you do not have to go through a commercial abatoir. Raising an animal ethically includes the last hours of it's life and dying at home, humanely in their environment is the best ending for all. It's not a job for the faint of heart and so glad their are still guys out there like our James that are willing to do this.💚
