Fresh pasta is a beautiful thing!
This batch is as well, and a labour of love and learning.

I was unhappy with commercially available GF pasta products, and worked to develop some fresh pasta with that el dente bite.

I'm unloading my produce for this weekend's events, and it is lookin' good. Everything we are delving into is Ontario grown. I'm excited for the beginning of peaches, wild blueberries, and fresh corn.
