If there are items available due to case sizing after the initial preorder period ends, they will be visible online and you will be able to add them to your cart. Items available after the preorder end date will be limited so if you see them and you want them, don't delay as they'll be gone quickly.

If you order in stock food items with your order, please note that they may pass their best before date (not expiry dates, which are very different) prior to shipping as in stock items are 'reduced to clear' approximately one month prior to their best before date. The time from the start of the preorder period until the items arrive and are shipped will be longer than one month.

Although I package well and ship quickly, I CANNOT GUARANTEE that chocolate or other temperature sensitive items will not melt, soften or crack during the shipping process.

If the temperature here is extremely high, shipping may be delayed for orders containing these items. I do not ship temperature sensitive items on Fridays or before a holiday if the heat level is high.

Due to the delicate nature of these products, high temperatures, humidity, or handling during shipping may cause these products to melt or soften during transit. I suggest adding temperature controlled shipping if the temperature is above 20 degrees C to reduce the possibility of melting. Please contact me at [email protected] with your postal code and items you are interested in to receive a temperature controlled shipping quote.

Chocolate that has encountered melting will appear dull coloured or may have greyish/white streaks and dots. This indicates that the cocoa butter is separating from the chocolate and is rising to the surface. Although not the prettiest in appearance, the chocolate is fine to eat with little impact to the texture or taste of the chocolate.
