Meet Eric Tolton
I am committed to bringing experienced, practical leadership to Saugeen Ward.
After nearly forty years in Canada’s aviation industry and retiring as Director of Operations at Toronto Pearson International Airport, where I was responsible for complex operations, strategic planning, and responsible management of people and resources I moved to Saugeen Shores. Prior to the move, I was a life long seasonal resident. I have continued my commitment to public service through volunteerism and community leadership. I have served for eight years on the Board of Directors of the Marine Heritage Society, including four years as Chair. I volunteer with Chantry Island Tours, the Marine Heritage Festival, and the Artisans and Tastes Market. I have also served as a Flag Captain with Friends of the Flag, volunteered with the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre, and currently serve on the Saugeen Shores Airport Advisory Committee.
I believe good local government starts by listening. I am committed to ensuring residents’ voices are heard, making responsible financial decisions, planning wisely for growth, and preserving the small-town character that makes Saugeen Shores such a special place to live.
I look forward to hearing from you during this campaign.
