Todd and I purchased this beautiful property in June of 2016 and have been working hard since then to get our Ranch started. It has always been Todd’s dream to own a ranch but I sometimes wonder after a year and half into it if he ever has days of doubts. The days are long and the work is tiring. The list of tasks never seems to end. It only grows day by day. But in the evenings when we finally get to take a load off and look out at our hard work it all seems worth while.
We started out our first year with two bred cows and a heifer and are currently up to 1 bull calf, 3 bred cows, a bred heifer, and an unbred heifer that Todd co-owns with my son Trystan. Trystan has been eager to start his own herd and Todd has been instrumental in making that dream a reality for him this past fall.
