As the Overall Leader of the St. Paul 4-H Multiclub with 2 kids that were both in the Beef Project as well as the Archery Project (shooting with the St. Paul Archery Club in the corrals every Monday) - sometimes I joke that it feels like I spend more time in The Ag Corral than I do in my own home... There were many weeks throughout the year that my kids and I were here 3 to 4 times over the week, our new home away from home! But all jokes aside it never ceases to amaze me the way this place steps up for the kids and our club. The Ag Corral has become an invaluable part of our 4-H experience. The dedication of the staff, volunteers, and supporters behind this facility have created opportunities for countless young people. On behalf of our family, thank you for being such a strong supporter of local youth and agriculture. We are incredibly grateful to have this facility in our community and for all that it does to help our members succeed.

A big thank you to Cornerstone Co-op for their continued 4-H support. They provided an amazing spread of snacks and drinks for our members and their families as well as our buyers for the District Show & Sale on Monday. Much needed fuel on a very long day! Beyond that they also sponsor membership fees for new families joining 4-H every year and they continually donate to many different 4-H clubs throughout the year to ensure we are all fed and watered!!! Local companies like this really are the cornerstone of what makes a community great and sometimes "choosing local" isn't only about buying direct from your farms but also choosing those companies who go out of their way to continually invest in their communities.

A big thank you to Northern Livestock Sales - Lloydminster for purchasing Ethan's 2025/2026 Steer. This was Ethan's 2nd Year as a 4-H Member in the Beef Project and he has grown so much from where he started. Continued support from buyers like you help make these days possible for our kids!

Our kids couldn't do it without buyers like you coming out to support them. Thanks again and Emily hopes you enjoy some amazing steaks!

Well that's 4 consecutive days now that Ragnar has eaten his way into the hay bale, gotten stuck and cried until we saved him 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
Really looking forward to warmer weather so we can setup our electric netting and move these little buggers into the woods!

Our pasture-raised pork is raised 100% outdoors on forest and pasture, supplemented with a locally sourced custom mix of corn-free and soy-free grain.

We are now taking orders for our April 30 butcher date.
Fill your freezer with nutritious, locally raised, humanely produced pork -- includes delivery to Edmonton and area and most of NE Alberta.

Each hog provides a variety of premium cuts including chops, roasts, bacon, ham, sausage and more, all professionally butchered and cut to your preferences.

Pricing:
Whole Hog – $5.80/lb
Half Hog – $6.05/lb
