A nice competition, despite the gusts of wind during the night that scrapped my tent and the equipment of several other teams.

Finalement, voici les résultats du Jack9 memorial en fin de semaine passé a LaSalette.
J’ai pris un peu de re**rd a vous ecrire car de retour de Toronto j’ai eu un probleme avec le camion et en arrivant a la maison j’ai remarqué qu’une de mes lames de suspension de remorque etait cassé ! 🤷‍♂️
Donc, réparation d’urgence avant de repartir pour la prochaine competition.

Et comme commanditaire principal L'Entrepot de Viandes . 27 Équipes dont plusieurs viennent des États-Unis, et de l’Ontario pour tenter de remporter le premier prix ( invitation au barbecue World Cup en 2027 à Las Vegas avec un grand prix de 1 million de dollars en argent) 💰 en plus d’avoir une chance d’aller au Jack Daniels invitationnal, au American Royal et aux kcbs world invitationnal. Bref, la plus grosse competition de l’année 😮😮 vous pouvez passer samedi nous voir ,bien sûr, nous serons un peu occupé entre 11 heures et 13h30. Mais ensuite, vous pourrez goûter aux viandes que les equipes on fait pour la compétition en echange de coupon au cout de 3$ ch .

I was a little late in writing to you because back from Toronto I had a problem with the truck and when I got home I noticed that one of my trailer suspension blades was broken! 🤷‍♂️

So, emergency repair before leaving for the next competition.

The biggest competition in Eastern Canada organized by my friends Alex et Jocelyn from team What The Pork ? With principal sponsor L’entrepôt des viandes . 27 Teams, several of which come from the United States, and Ontario to try to win the first prize (invitation to the World Cup barbecue in 2027 in Las Vegas with a grand prize of 1 million dollars in cash) 💰 in addition to having a chance to go to the Jack Daniels invitational, the American Royal and the kcbs world invitationnal. In short, the biggest competition of the year 😮😮 you can come by on Saturday to see us, of course, we will be a little busy between 11 am and 1:30 pm. But then, you can taste the meats that the teams make for the competition in exchange for coupons at a cost of $3 ch.

Après une courte nuit 😴 et 7:30 de route 🛣️, Nous sommes finalement arrivé a La Salette en Ontario pour participer a la 5e édition de la compétition Jack 9 memorial . Journée pluvieuse aujourd’hui, on en profite pour tester la solidité du nouveau lit et on se préparent pour le master de demain 🔥

After a short night 😴 and 7:30 driving 🛣️, we finally arrived in La Salette in Ontario to participate in the 5th edition of the Jack 9 memorial competition. Rainy day today, we take the opportunity to test the solidity of the new bed and we are preparing for tomorrow's master 🔥

On a passé une belle fin de semaine a Cornwall pour participer au smoke on the seaway organisé par Mathieu Drouin BBQ with DREW sur un super beau site au bord du fleuve.
Cette evenement etait pour ramasser des fonds pour la Maison Baldwin House qui vient en aide aux femmes victimes de violence et aux victimes de traffic humain. Exposition de moto, kiosques de ventes de produits et Food truck on remplit la place toute la journée samedi. Une belle journée ensoleillé et de bons résultats 🏆
Dimanche matin, on se leve pour le master. Un fort vent toute l’avant midi ont affecter nos temps de cuisson mais malgré tout nous avons réussi a avoir quelques call même si nous ne sommes pas satisfait de notre position overall .

Prochaine compétition, Jack9 memorial bbq competition dans 2 semaines

Nice weekend in Cornwall to participate in the smoke on the seaway organized by Mathieu Drouin BBQ with DREW on a super beautiful site by the river. This event was to raise funds for the Baldwin House which helps women victims of violence and victims of human trafficking. Motorcycle exhibition, product sales kiosks and Food trucks fill the square all day Saturday. A beautiful sunny day and good results 🏆

Sunday morning, we get up for the master. A strong wind all morning has affected our cooking times but despite everything we have managed to have a few calls even if we are not satisfied with our overall position.

Overall: 8th out of 12 teams
